Customer Service

At this time all Customer Service will be done via our online contact form or our online system for registered users. There will be delays and longer response times due to elevated inquiries during these trying times.

Phone Ordering

Until further notice, we will not be accepting any Phone Orders. All orders must be placed via our secure online ordering system. These measures must be taken to ensure distancing as our employees work remotely and keep all information safe and secure.

Delivery

Getting our products delivered in a timely manner and keeping our customers safe is of utter importance. We have partnered with additional logistics companies to ensure this service is upheld. 

Our Products

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 that has evolved into a global pandemic, manufacturing in countries such as China were delayed, behind schedule or completely halted. As some manufacturing companies have changed their focus to help with the needs of medical supplies, we have selected and authorized alternate manufacturers and brands with the same quality, caliber and compatibility to ensure we can provide products to our loyal customers. Our standard warranty will apply unless otherwise noted on the respective product page on our e-commerce website.

Our Employees

As the international COVID-19 pandemic developments continue, all employees who work in a role that can be done from home, do so. If necessary, we have sourced and used alternate means to continue our operations and continue to service our customers.
